RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Before you return a Shiva Jewellers product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional methods, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

We offer a "Lifetime Return and exchange policy" if products have been bought by person physically i.e., visiting the showroom or via virtual mode through our website.

Returns & Exchanges will only be accepted if your order is damaged or needs after sales service. There will be no return or exchange if you don't have bill provided by us while payment being made by you.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

 

In case of return of product because of some complaint, the refund will be subject to its quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and verification of product documents like original invoice and certificate of product.

The money-back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid only in the case where the product is found defective when it went from shop within 2-4 days. In case any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the refund amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes as applicable.

Where the customer has bought a customized product, the same will be accepted as returned due to any defect or change in choice/demand but it will be subjected to repair, making and additional charges if any occurs in this process and the same will have to be paid by the customer.

PRODUCT BOUGHT ON EMI SCHEME

  1.Where the customer has bought a non-customized product on EMI scheme, the same will be accepted as exchanged due to any defect or change in choice/demand but it will not be subjected to repair, making and additional charges if any occurs in this process if customer returns the product within two days of purchase.

  2. Where the customer has bought a customized product on EMI scheme and the same will be accepted as exchanged due to any defect or change in choice/demand but it will be subjected to repair, making and additional charges if any occurs in this process and the same will have to be paid by the customer.

5 STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN

Step 1: Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of order. You must email shivajewellers66@gmail.com to notify us.

Step 2: Before you arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then, it is up to the discretion of the Shiva Jewellers QC team to decide whether product is approved for return.

Step 3: Once we have received an e-mail notifying us of your concern with the product image and our Quality Control team has authorized the return we will inform you on the most mutually convenient return method.

Step 4: Products can be returned within 2-4 days from the time of receipt of confirmation mail.

Step 5: Shiva Jewellers will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.

As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via the respective payment gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

A. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

B. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

C. After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies

D. Package refused by recipient.

F. Products returned in a used condition.

G. Minor color and design variation(s). All products are handcrafted and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

H. If the jewelry is not faulty or damaged.

REFUND TIMELINE:

Refund is usually made within 2-4 working days. The money would be refunded through the same payment gateway selected by you.

Refund will be made only after receiving the products in hand.
